Choose one of our carefully curated themed sleepovers with options for additional extras, select a date and we’ll do the rest for you. You can sit back and relax while we arrange the delivery, set up and pack down of the full gathering for you.
1. Pick a theme
Select a theme that feels right for your gathering. Currently we have two themes to choose from - Midsummer’s Dream and Woodland Wanders.
2. Pick a date
Select a date that works for you via the form on our Enquire now page.
3. Select optional extras
Select any optional extras that might make your gathering more unique, such as our Breakfast Boxes or Treat Jars.
4. Set up gathering
The day is here! We arrive at an agreed time to set up your chosen theme, usually at around 4pm with set up times taking between 60 – 80 minutes (more detail can be found in our FAQs).
5. The next morning
We arrive at an agreed time, usually before 11am. We first and foremost make sure everyone had a wonderful time, we pack everything down, and we will be out the door and off to prepare the next gathering!
6. Tag us online!
We love to hear about our client’s experiences, so once you’ve booked with us, please do share your photos and tag us on social media platforms.

Breakfast Club Box - £5 per child
Why not let the indulgence of not having to plan roll over until the morning for you? Order breakfast boxes tailored to each theme to fill up hungry tummies after a good night’s sleep. Each box includes a cereal, croissant or pain au chocolate pastry, fruit, and an apple or orange juice.

Strawberry or Vanilla Milk set - £10
A choice of strawberry or vanilla milk in nostalgic milk bottles and crates. This set comes with pink and white straws to let your little ones sip away before they snuggle down into bed. Dairy alternatives available.

Treat Jars - £4 per child
Traditional glass jars filled with popcorn, white and pink fluffy marshmallows and white chocolate buttons. Comes with mini wooden scoops and small treat bags tied with ribbon for each child to fill up with what they’d like. Requests for different treats accepted – please ask upon booking!
Woodland Wanders Extras

Scavenger Hunt Cards - £0, this one is on us!
If you’d like these fun scavenger hunt cards, let us know. Go on a hunt to find various items that have been set up throughout the teepees. Some of the items you may need to wander out into the garden to find. Let the little ones explore with their friends and see who can find the most! Complete with wooden/bark pencils.
